WE'RE MORE THAN JUST A LOG HOME COMPANY
My name is Scott Rogers. My wife Vicki and I built our Real Log Home in 1999. We had a dream early in our marriage of owning a log home. When the time came to finally build we decided this could be our last home, we better do it now. Three years later I decided I could help others by selling the product Vicki and I enjoy every day. With a phone call to Real Log Homes asking if they were interested in my services, Heartland Log Home Sales was born.
Since that start we have had two boys grow up and leave our home while helping other log home dreamers become log home owners in Kansas and Missouri. I have not only built Real Log Homes, I have helped build some of my competitors log homes. This has given me extensive knowledge of how our product stacks up to theirs. My creative side now gets as much work as my back does. Helping others visualize their dreams and making them a reality is so rewarding. I get to see fire and passion in my customer’s eyes when describing to me what they visualize in their homes. With each experience comes more knowledge I can pass along to others. Being on board with Real Log Homes helped me with that early on with my training. Real Log Homes brings builders together from different parts of the country to share knowledge and building experience to then share with our customers. |
REAL LOG HOMES
REAL LOG HOMES® began with the vision of Jesse Ware who built the first REAL™ log home with his bare hands in 1963. He also built a log home that was used as a model for many years in Hartland, Vermont, and served as the foundation for the company to become the leading pre-cut log home brand in North America. The original model home is now owned and lived in as a private residence and has become a local landmark. Based in Claremont, New Hampshire, REAL LOG HOMES® is dedicated to designing some of the most unique log homes in the world. Durability, comfort, and elegance are a byproduct of the Real Log Homes® manufacturing process, which has evolved into a highly precise process using a state-of-the-art CNC cutting machine, called a Hundegger. This process saves our clients time and money by reducing waste and the time needed to construct one of our log homes. Whether it’s advice on siting, design, finishes, assistance with bids, engineering or a complete package of materials – we’re there to help.
